Research
Lead by Aaron Fenster, PhD, FCCPM, Imaging Research Laboratories at Robarts Research Institute focuses on the development of innovative imaging techniques and instrumentation to improve the understanding, diagnosis and treatment of human diseases—including cancer, cardiovascular and orthopedic disease, as well as schizophrenia and other brain disorders.
Using X-ray, ultrasound, CT and MRI, the Imaging Research Laboratories comprises the largest group at Robarts and conducts research across nine broad themes:
